If Milk + Honey is not in-network with your insurance

I can provide you a super bill to submit for potential reimbursement.

Please note: Self-pay payment is required upon scheduling.

HSA/FSA Cards ARE accepted for payment

Ask how you can use AfterPay to pay for your lactation care!

Self-Pay Pricing for Non-Network 

My goal is to provide affordable lactation home & virtual visits to families.

Milk + Honey offers Self-Pay Packages, along with individual sessions.

-Packages-

$250 for 3 visits $350 for 4 visits

These visits can be any mix of virtual, home, and office visits. 

Must be used within 6 months of purchase.

These cannot be reimbursed for a refund if not used. 

Self-Pay packages are limited to discretion of Milk + Honey.

-Office Visits-

Initial New Patient Office Visit: $100

Established Patient Follow-Up: $75

-Home Visits-

* Initial New Patient Home Visit: $125

* Established Patient Follow-Up Home Visit: $100

Outside of Delaware Home Visits are welcome,

please message me before scheduling.

There will be a travel fee assessment for out of state visits.

-Virtual Visits-

​

* Initial Virtual Visit: $65

(I'm happy to support all families of all areas!)

Established Patient Follow-Up: $50
 

-Prenatal Education Virtual Appointment: $65

-Back to Work Pumping Plan Virtual Visit: $65

Payment and Scheduling is through Square. Payment is due at time of booking.

NOTE: If you can cancel with less than 24 hours notice,

you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to the card on file.

Please note I am also a mother and I have to make my schedule around my own children. 

Last minute cancellations do affect me as well. I just ask to please communicate any issues with time and date.
